What is the return policy?
Becuase our coffee is roasted fresh to order, we are unable to accept returns on coffee products.If your order arrives damaned or there is an issue with your purcahse, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all coffee sales are final. Non-food items may be eligible for replacement if they arrive damaged or defective.
When will I get my order?
Most orders are roasted,packed,and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll recieve tracking information by email.Delivery times may vary based on loation and carrier.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our coffee is proudly roasted and fulfilled through our roasting partner in California.Every order is roasted fresh and carefully packaged for quailty and freshness.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Free shipping is available of $45 or more.
