At Ruthie Mae Coffee Co., we believe every cup should feel like home. Because our coffee is roasted fresh and prepared specifically for each order, we want to be transparent about how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

Fresh Coffee Policy

Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we do not accept returns on opened coffee products, including:

  • Ground coffee
  • Whole bean coffee
  • Single-serve coffee pods
  • Sample packs
  • Seasonal or limited-release coffees

However, your experience matters to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items
  • Defective

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)
  • A brief description

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund (when appropriate)

Shipping Issues

Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our roasting partner and shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Orders are typically roasted, packed, and shipped fresh within several business days.  

Ruthie Mae Coffee Co. is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders begin processing quickly after purchase, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.
